Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a well known and well established Bristol based contractor are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.

Working out of the Bristol regional office, our client has recently won a key project to deliver social housing upgrades (kitchens, bathrooms and EWI) to a key client in the Swindon area.

You will play a key role in the overall delivery of the project reporting the Regional Commercial Manager. Specifically this may include:

valuations, invoicing, tendering/pricing works, productivity/labour targets, schedules of rates/scheduling, procurement of subcontractors & materials, resolving inquiries, cash collection, liaising with suppliers & subcontractors and site/client meetings.

This role would suit an experienced QS with a proven background in delivering the commercial aspects of similar social housing projects. You will be looking to join a reputable contractor that can offer genuine long term prospects.
