Salary: £26,000 – £30,420 per year
The AICS Group specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to clients who suffered from a brain injury.
AICS Group is looking for a strong Female Support Worker to work with our Male client who lives in Ealing. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Client: Our Client got cerebral palsy. He can walk in a walking frame for a few minutes and have mobility issues. He needs assistance in all aspects of personal care. Female Support Worker need to have an experience working with children with ABI or atypical development and experience working with clients with seizures
Initially, looking for Rehabilitation Support Worker who can work:
Monday – Sunday, waking nights only, 21:30 – 08:00
The priority is to find support for the above-mentioned hours on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Skills:
•Minimum 1-year experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, •Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment, •Demonstrate the ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities, •Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with other professionals daily.
Desirable Skills:
•Current and clean drivers license, •Experience of providing care to people living in the community
