Construction Manager

Vacancy: Construction Manager – Heritage Project with Uber Spec extension.

Location: Central London – Kensington

Salary: £84,000 – £90,000+ package (Neg. depending on the candidate)

3Dpersonnel’s exclusive client is one of the UK’s newest grade one licence builders, they are currently undertaking the development of a large residential building in the Kensington area.

The project will be the heritage refurbishment and extension of an existing listed building in the Kensington area, the project will include extending the current building, underpinning, and the addition of a new basement which will hold an underground swimming pool and carpark. Total project size will 40,000 Sq feet.

The successful candidate will have:

* Will have the ability to drive programme, push urgency and manage firmly and closely.
* An engineering/ construction management degree or at least a 3r Level background to HND level.
* Extensive Experience within heritage/listed buildings
* 10yrs experience within a similar type role in a similar type company i.e. a strong background in Construction Management with a main contractor
* Previously worked on listed building, Grade 1 or Grade 2 stature.
* Good understanding of refurbishment, Cut and Carve, Structural Alteration builds
