Customer Insight Analyst / Data Analyst – London – Poker – £30,000 – £40,000 – SAS, R Language, SSAS, matlab

We are currently looking for a Poker Customer Insight Analyst / Data Analyst to join a company in central London working in the Gaming sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a Poker Insight Analyst / Data Analyst with Analytical skills to join a fast growing Business Intelligence team in central London.

Working in central London you will form part of the Business Intelligence team for a well known online gaming company. Your data Analysis will support decision making for a particular online product. Ideally you will have experience working as an Insight Analyst and have experience working with analytics tools such as R language, S-Plus, SAS, SSAS, Matlab or similar.

Key Poker Customer Insight Analyst / Data Analyst Responsibilities include:

– Understanding the business, especially Marketing, Games and Gaming Finance, to ensure analytical needs are met
– Proactively analysing the available business data from multiple sources to provide timely and actionable insight
– Maintaining and delivering analytical solutions
– Understanding limitations of the systems and researching & implementing solutions
– To keep open and continue communications with your manager and your team with regard to workload and projects

Poker Customer Insight Analyst / Data Analyst Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

– 2+ years’ commercial experience within an analytical role supporting data driven decision making
– Poker Knowledge
– Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities
– Experience with statistical tools: (R, SAS, MATLAB)
– Ability to learn in a fast changing work environment.

Salary – £36,000 – £48,000 plus bonus
