£££££Basic, to £20,000 High OTE, large co bens

Our client is looking for a seriously talented individual with a proven track record in Industrial recruitment. Applicants will need to be highly motivated, commercially driven and ideally already running a successful and established Industrial recruitment desk.

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to further develop existing relationships, manage your client effectively in order to anticipate peaks and troughs in temporary staff requirements, effectively manage the candidate database and be used to working in a fast paced, high volume recruitmnt business.

Your role will be to manage your business through further development of the existing accounts on the desk. You will be tasked with maximising existing client relationships and further develop new business opportunities for the company.To manage and maintain a strong and profitable client base and to continue to effectively account manage the existing business on the desk.

You should be a dynamic self starter, enthusiastic, determined and would like the opportunity to be the architect of your own career. This is a client facing role and you will also be expected to lead from the front in managing your operation.
