Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

Salary: £26,000 per year

The role:

Initially joining the team as a Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant will provide you with an excellent opportunity to start to learn the ropes before progressing as a Consultant. On joining the team you will source, screen and process a large volume of candidates. You will work closely with the consultants to ensure clients’ requirements are met. This is a busy, proactive role that will involve you spending a large part of your day communicating via the phone as well as using our in-house database system to ensure records are kept up-to-date.

Confident and articulate, you will enjoy speaking with people and working as part of a highly successful team.
