Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer – Liverpool Street, London
My client is a market leading building maintenance service provider with a rapidly expanding portfolio of trophy buildings across the City of London. Due to this growth, they are seeking a Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious landlord contract near Liverpool Street.
The successful candidate will look after the shift to shift engineering operation as well as managing sub contractors on-site. The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment, with the motivation to progress within the business.
Job Specification:
* Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the buildings such as: AHU’s, FCUs, changing mechanical seals, pumps, understanding of motor rewinds, diesel generators, pressure systems, BMS set points / management and water treatment to name a few.
* Ensure strong communication clients
* Manage workload accordingly
* Organise sub contract labour.
* Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures
Salary & Package
* £50,400 Per Annum
* Days & Nights | 4 on 4 off | 7 till 7
* Overtime Rates at x1.5 & x2.0
* 22 Days Annual Leave
* Pension, Training and Career Progression
The Person:
* City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC or Plumbing
* Competent Electrical knowledge
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
* Able to write report and carry out quotes.
* Career driven, looking for the next step in the career ladder
* Smart and presentable.
