Salary: £40.8 – £45.6 per hour
Leading contractor within the building industry requires a freelance Project Manager to take a lead role on a large RC Frame project in East London. With a full order book for the proceeding years in civils and build, this contractor has plenty of opportunities once the specific project is completed.
The Project manager will be responsible for the close-out of this multi million pound project. Working closely with the client the Project Manager will be responsible for the management of staff and subcontractors on site. The Project Manager will also be accountable for managing the commercial and risk elements of the project, ensuring that it scheme is delivered to time, budget and quality standards.
The role is a fantastic opportunity to gain the stability of a 6 month freelance project with the opportunity for possible further extension beyond this.
Ideally the Project Manager will have extensive knowledge of RC Frames build projects.
