Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year

Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Construction

Learn & be developed to work with some of the world’s leading firms within specialist construction & construction products firms.

You’ll start organically, working alongside two senior consultants, working as part of a team. Initially, you’ll be shadowing them – supporting them with client and candidate work. Their focus is on placing the best candidates into mid-senior level roles with their clients and on winning new clients.

What you’ll need – 

Curiosity, tenacity & ambition

Very strong levels of written and face to face communication

Some experience in a sales, telephone collections, letting or white collar construction roles

A degree or equivalent

A desire to earn very well and motivation to work hard
