Senior Support Worker – Ld & Challenging Behaviour (Adults)

CareTech Community Services are one of the leading quality care providers within the region, providing residential care facilities for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our friendly Hawkinge based Team, who can demonstrate a reliable and flexible approach to people with learning disabilities. You should have the confidence to handle complex behaviours that sometimes maybe deemed challenging.
So are you caring? Inspirational? Optimistic? And Insightful? – These are easy words, but the real job is to blend all this to enable our service users to lead a fulfilling and satisfying a life as they possibly can.
Full driving licence would be an advantage, parking is provided.
NVQ in Health & Social Care – Level 3, or equivalent is essential.
All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.
