Salary: £78,000 – £86,400 per year
We are currently looking for a Senior Design Manager with a background in building services to join the Mission Critical team of a very well-established Multidisciplinary Engineering Design Consultancy.
THE COMPANY
* Impressive Central London office close to numerous major transport links.
* Global Design Consultancy with offices throughout UK, Europe, Asia and then Middle East.
* Major blue chip clients.
* Very well established mission critical division that are winning some of the leading projects in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing a vital link between the internal design team and the other stakeholders including Client, Architects, Structural Engineers and project team.
* Developing and managing project design delivery strategies on major mission critical projects ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and in the most efficient and cost effective way.
* Running project trackers and ensuring project milestones are hit.
* Reviewing of contract documents and contractual obligations.
* Leading client and design team meetings, taking notes and tracking actions.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Degree qualified in Building Services or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and management skills.
* Consultancy background
* Experience of delivering major projects as part of the design team.
