Multi – Skilled Engineer (Mobile)

Salary: £48,000 – £50,400 per year

We are supporting a Large London-based FM company to recruit a Mobile Multi-skilled Engineer for their London sites. The role will be to carry out all planned and reactive maintenance tasks to the highest standard, whilst all Health & Safety requirements are met. Van is also fully paid for and allowed for personal use.

Qualification/Experience

• Mechanical or Electrical Apprenticeship or City & Guilds level 2/3
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Up to date CSCS card is preferred but not essential

Key duties

• General Mechanical/ Electrical maintenance and testing within building developments
• Close down the reactive completed works as per the site requirement and report issues back to the Help Desk
• Complete proactive inspections and any required remedial repairs.
• Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by helpdesk and respond timely to all work requests in line with clients KPI’s
• Ensure work reports, time-sheets, and necessary paperwork are sent to office support promptly within timescales set.
• To respond to the Building Management System (BMS), HVAC alarms or system abnormalities and effect adjustments where required within the building system.
