Salary: £28,800 per year
Digital Copywriter/SEO Executive
Up to £24,000 a year commensurate with skills/experience/qualifications. Full-time, Permanent.

As Digital Copywriter/SEO Executive you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of written content for our blogs, guides and product category copy. Previous SEO experience is preferred but not necessary for this role as there will be the opportunity to gain experience within this field. A creative flair for writing engaging, optimised content and the ability to switch between the different voices of our portfolio of brands will be important for the role. This is an exciting new role in the team, so you will have the ability to help develop and support the content strategy across our portfolio of brand websites.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing and SEO Manager and the wider brand marketing and digital team to ensure that all our content, in all countries, meets the brand’s tone of voice and latest guidance for SEO excellence. Working to constantly improve and develop our websites’ copy, ensuring they are optimal at all times, always delivering the best consumer experience.
Main objectives of the Digital Copywriter/SEO Executive

Copyright content for various places on our websites, working on multiple brands as per briefs provided

Work with the SEO manager and external agencies to learn about and assist in optimising SEO internationally and help the ecommerce team create landing pages in international languages.

You will work closely with our SEO partners/agencies.

Support email and social teams with copy as required to ensure channel alignment when needed.

Gather and interpret data, proactively undertaking key research when required and using a data-led approach to optimise content.

Work closely with the Brand Marketing Team and wider Digital Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
-
A minimum of one year in a similar setting: Writing copy for guides, blogs and product categories. Following briefs to achieve this and be confident in reaching out to other teams to get the information to accurately write the content

Ability to navigate the English language is essential and you must be concise and articulate – both verbally and on paper. Have excellent communication skills, specifically writing skills with the ability to understand how international language can affect

interpretation of content. Confident to liaise with other departments and external partners.

A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or similar subject is preferred, but not necessary

Excellent computer and IT Skills.

Meticulous for technical accuracy, with outstanding attention to detail.

Well organised and able to demonstrate excellent time management.
