Project Manager

Capita’s key utilities client is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join its Smart Metering Programme for an initial 6 month contract based in Crawley. This is a new position that has been made to help with the current team’s direction and focus.

The selected candidate will be an experienced and strong minded Project Manager who will be able to influence and negotiate senior stakeholders. The Project Manager will have a PMO slant to their background and they will be focussed on planning heavily. There will be all round project management support required.

This role will require a person who is extremely structured in their approach and has proven planning experience. You will be breaking down where the project isn’t in the correct place, and create plans to make it work. You will be required to work with multiple workstreams.

* Robust workstream project plan and linkage through to programme plans

* RAID Log

* Management reports

* Resourcing profile (on boarding/off boarding)

* Resource plans and budgets

* Stakeholder management plan
