We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team based in Westminster, London. We are the largest train operating company in the UK, with more passengers, more people and more trains than anyone else in the country.

Salary – £48,000 – £54,000dependent upon experience

As the Marketing Project Manager you will use proven social media expertise, strong project management skills, and solid writing skills to coordinate and implement projects that will deliver all aspects of our marketing plan. You will be responsible for the company website and mobile app development projects that will support the delivery of the Group’s Marketing plan across Bus and Rail divisions.
This will include managing and overseeing suppliers, functional and technical teams as per the aims and objectives set out by the business. Preparing project plans, supporting material, co-ordination and governance on a weekly basis with communication and key stakeholder management. And ensuring projects are delivered on time to cost and quality constraints as agreed with the relevant project boards Role Responsibilities:
*Delivery of Marketing projects to predetermined time, cost and quality parameters agreed in advance with Project Sponsors
*Experience of enabling digital marketing via email, mobile and web app and social media.
*Monitoring and management of project planning including executive reporting of delays and management of risk and issue registers with senior sponsors through a variety of project boards *Provision of regular reporting on status of projects to Project Management Office (PMO) and Marketing team
*Manage Consultants, Contractors and third party suppliers during project delivery
*Reporting of actual’s v budgets for project costs and business benefits on a periodic basis

Candidates must have a degree ideally in a Marketing related discipline or equivalent level qualification, and be Prince2 Practitioner qualified. You must also have experience of delivering Social Media and CRM implementation and mobile app development projects. Experience of working in the public transport sector would be highly advantageous.
