Blu Leisure is a small growing leisurewear manufacturer who supply clients in the private & public leisure sector i.e. leisure centres/health clubs. We supply clients with a capsule range of fitness, swimwear & accessories which we design and manufacturer.

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and hands-on Field/Area Visual Merchandiser to cover our stores based as a Field/Area Visual Merchandising you will have strong VM experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and manage work priorities across multiple sites and also be commercial minded. As a Field/Area Visual Merchandiser you will take control of your area in terms of floor plans, concepts, and implementing changes.

Ideally candidates should be centrally based as head office in Milton Keynes, or looking to relocate. The area this role will cover will range from the South to as far north as Scotland. Candidates must also be willing and able to travel by car, staying away from home where required.
Responsibilities include:

– Implementing visual merchandising guides and adapting to each site.
– Working with floor and fixture plans to ensure the space is used correctly.
– Placing new lines and refreshing looks.
– Working with company reports to identify best sellers and taking action.
– Offering training and support to teams in-store to maintain visuals.
– Communicating with Store Managers, Area Managers and the VM team.
– Working with Head Office on model store set up and rolling this out.
– Showing an interest in competitors and sharing your ideas.

Salary 20K + car+ bonus
