As a Instore Visual Merchandiser reporting to your Store Manager and Area Visual Manager, you will be responsible for driving visual standards on a daily basis. You’ll be tasked with driving forward store turnover whilst retaining that strong ethos to which they’re so committed. So creating an unforgettable lifestyle experience for their customers will be your overriding challenge, as well as for your team. You’ll need a proven track record in visual merchandising, ideally in women’s fashion, underpinned by a sharp business brain and experience of working to KPIs. Social, distinctive, ambitious – and highly customer-focused, you have excellent all-round communication and people skills which enable you to mix easily and credibly with both customers and staff. With a real sense of community, you enjoy being part of something special – and different, and can also bring:
