Trainer

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Owing to expansion and following a sustained period of success they are seeking an Internal Trainer to join their Training dept. Working in a small team of 2, this role will be incredibly hands on and working collaboratively and alone at times, you will deliver much needed training, induction and learning opportunities to colleagues across the business (sales and operations).

Employing over 350 staff and with ambitious plans for growth over the next few years you will play your part in onboarding people professionally into the business, identify learning needs and developing and delivering structured learning programmes including Inductions, systems training, apprenticeships and skills enhancement to all areas of the business.
