Construction Site Manager

Salary: £66,000 per year

Construction Manager’s/Site Managers Midlands between Coventry, Kettering)

Preferably 10 years’ experience as a no.2 on site working under a Senior Project manager driving production on site, coordinating trades/subcontractors, responsible for safety/quality on site to ensure end product is delivered on time, to correct standard, safely with appropriate commercial awareness to meet target margins. Preferably someone with potential and desire to grow into a (no.1) Project Manager with support from a visiting Contracts Manager.

Projects range from £20m up to £70m and are all fast-track design and build type projects comprising industrial shed/warehouses with standalone office accommodation associated external works including extensive attenuation drainage, external service yards and Car parking areas.

Dependant on experience salary would start at £66,000 plus package/bonus for Site Manager and 65k plus package/bonus for Construction Manager.

Appointment of this position will be June/July 22.
