Commercial Property Manager to add to their busy Property Management department.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to understand and resolve problems. The role will include but not be limited to the following:
Dealing with General Management issues
Commercial Lease & Rent Reviews
Lease Assignments
Serving notices & dilapidations
Submit claims to insurance companies
Rent Collections
Court applications
Skills required:
Strong Communicator
Excellent customer service skills
Diary Management
Well Organised
Good IT skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000 – £42,000-£35,000.00 per year
