We work with over 165 high-profile clients globally across a range of industry sectors such as finance, insurance, media, transport, retail, government and not-for-profit. Building upon the skills you learnt at university, you will undergo 8-12 weeks of industry relevant training, funded by FDM, in order to develop your knowledge and confidence to succeed as a Business Consultant. Once you have completed your training you will be placed on site with one of our prestigious clients in roles including: Project Support, Business Analysis, Business Testing and Data and Operational Analysis, amongst others.

FDM’s unique combination of training and commercial experience can fast-track your career progression into roles in Project Management, Delivery Management, User Experience Testing and Data Migration.

Application Procedure

Final year students

• If you are a final year student, due to graduate in summer 2016, you can apply
online before 30th November 2015, to join FDM between June and September
2016.

• Assessment centres will be held between December 2015 and January 2016 with
offers made to successful candidates by February 2016. This offer will be subject
to passing our assessment process and achieving the conditions outlined in your
offer.

Graduates

• We also accept ongoing applications for our programme, so if you have already
graduated from university you can for an immediate start date. At FDM
