Salary: £38,400 – £43,200 per year

We are looking to expand our Human Resources Team with the hiring of a HR Admin Team Leader. This role is responsible for the effective management of all HR-related administration, contracts and paperwork. This role carries staff management responsibility for two HR Administrators, and also two Receptionists with varying levels of experience.
This role is based in our Human Resources Department, at our main London Head Office (NW1 3ER).
Essential Criteria:
Day-to-day management, mentoring and training of a team of four staff (2 x HR Administrator and 2 x Receptionists)
Production of monthly HR statistics reports
Ensuring the Human Resources team receive a high standard of administrative support at all times
Management of all starters and leavers paperwork, including offer letters, contracts and liaising with the Payroll department
Providing the HR Manager and Head of HR with administrative support and updates on progress with key projects
Effective delegation of work amongst the HR Admin team
Supporting the business with administrative support relating to TUPE, redundancies and ongoing consultations
Carrying our periodic audits on employee packs to ensure compliance in all areas
Updating and the management of HR Information system (Currently Carval moving to CoreHR)
Support the HR team with various employee engagement / seasonal events
Updating various HR and L&D trackers/spreadsheets
Acting as a main point of contact for all employee benefit queries
Overseeing the various HR email inboxes and ensuring messages are communicated to the correct internal contacts
Ad-hoc support with recruitment, including attending interviews and assessment days

Desirable Criteria:
A proven track record of effective administration, at Team Leader / Managerial level
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Previous experience of working in a Human Resources environment
Experience of staff management
Strong project management skills
Impeccable grammar and written/spoken English communication skills.
