Based in Crawley we are currently looking to recruit an in-branch Recruitment Administrator to assist the existing recruitment team in the exciting world of airport recruitment.
The Recruitment Administrator exists to ensure that an efficient and effective structure is maintained within the branch for meeting, registering, referencing, organising and paying.
The Recruitment Administrator will receive, liase with and control the data about workers and be on hand to answer any queries from clients or applicants, at all times implementing standard Company procedures the Recruitment Administrator is to provide support for any number of temporary workers on a branch database, through availability for queries.
Key Accountabilities for the position:
To control information about where and when people are booked to work in order to answer any queries they or clients companies may have and maintain these relationships successfully.
To support the Recruitment Managers by providing secretarial services and administrative skills to maintain records as clearly and accurately as possible, facilitating core business activities.
To greet, interview and verify the details of new applicants and make telephone enquiries to their references in order to facilitate the rapid induction of suitable applicants.
To ensure that the branch is kept up to date with current referencing and criminal records check legislation.
To undertake assessment of applicants’ skills levels in order to clarify their strengths and limitations and guide decision making on their suitability for certain skilled vacancies.
Receiving new, existing or potential applicants and clients representing the Company to them.
Keeping track of resources for the team by maintaining routine paperwork and details of own work resources initiating timely renewal of supplies.
Working closely with work colleagues to achieve team objectives.
Referencing candidates to Airport Authority and Department of Transport regulations.
Liasing between clients and temporary workers.
Representing the client to the public.
To undertake any other duties and tasks as and when required
Working Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17:00 with 30 minutes for lunch
This position would be paying a basic Salary: £26,000with a potential annual bonus of £6,300 dependant on team performance.
