An established building services consultancy, privately owned and one that has been running for over 20 years, is expanding the size of their engineering team due to continued project wins.
The Company
As an expert, Healthcare accounts for 80% of their workload, and the rest is accounted for with MOD, commercial (including fitout), and a very small number of residential projects. They have been growing since their establishment and have an extremely low staff turnover, they have an inhouse Revit resource, VT Engineers, sustainability consultants, therefore, offering a multi-disc approach to all projects.
The Role
Due to the nature of the role and with the requirement for some projects where you will need SC level security cleared, it is essential that you are a British national, and it would be hugely advantageous if you have held previous security clearance. It is also essential that you have at least some healthcare experience given that this is the bulk of their workload. You can expect to be visiting sites, working in a client-facing role, engaging in a client meeting, and getting involved in bid proposals along with leadership authority over the less experienced engineers
