Fluent Swiss German Speaking Customer Service Administrator

This International company are looking for Swiss German speaking people who enjoy Customer Service, Administration and Teamwork. Fluent Swiss German speakers are required to deliver the highest levels of service excellence and positively contribute to achieving a high level of quality customer care.
You will be talking to the Swiss German Customers; taking service calls; resolving customer queries from delivery to payment and ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached; delivering high levels of customer service excellence; building & developing customer relationships.

The successful candidates should have the following skills and attributes:
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* Must be fluent in both oral and written Swiss German and English
* Excellent IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers
* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach
* Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning
