My Client is one of the world’s leading luxury brands who is enjoying unprecedented success. As a result they are now seeking an experienced Supervisor, not necessarily from fashion, to join their team at their thriving store in Portsmouth.

You must have fast pace, high volume experience, must be customer service focused, methodical, structured and organised but able and willing to spend time covering both the floor and operations when necessary.
You should be passionate about your work and my client’s brand.

You will have:

Track record of successfully leading teams and managing volume / turnover of a similar size
Track record of retail success with strong numerical skills
Goal and action oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and balance priorities
Customer and people focused with the ability to develop and implement excellence in customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
