Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year
Regional Sales Managers, £40-45K (£60K+ OTE uncapped), Based between Leicester and Preston, location flexible.
About the role:
We are presently seeking to recruit a Divisional Sales Manager to work closely with Divisional Directors and General Managers to maximise the retail sales potential of the Divisions. To develop appropriate retail sales budgets and sales targets and to monitor performance against these targets, producing appropriate management information and reports.
About you:
will generate new business with blue chip companies operating fleets of LCVs and cars within a large territory area, account managing thereafter. You will be provided with a revenue target to be achieved – in return a structured, uncapped commission structure is given for success. The role is home based. A laptop, Smart Phone and company car are provided.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
– Significant and recent sales experience selling to large LCV and car fleets.
– The ability to develop strategic relationships at a variety of levels.
– Demonstrate sales success.
– Ability to work remotely and self motivate.
– Sound experience in contractual negotiations
– Competitiveness to succeed.
– Experience selling Automotive Accident Repair and Glass Repair would be an advantage but not essential.
– Experienced sales manager with significant automotive aftermarket knowledge.
– Strong communication skills.
– Numerate – able to analyse accurately management information and to create meaningful action plans based on that analysis.
– Strong leadership capability – able to lead others and deliver results in a matrix management structure.
– Strong negotiating skills – able to influence internal and external customers.
– Creative – able to identify retail sales opportunities.
– Able to work with minimum supervision.
– Detailed knowledge and understanding of the automotive aftermarket is essential.
– Detailed knowledge of sales development techniques.
