Mechanical Inspector / Quality Inspector

Avanti are looking for a mechanically biased quality inspector to join our expanding client based in Dorset. You will need to be able to read engineering drawing to a good level and do dimensional checking using a variety of hand tools.
Over time this person will be integrated into the quality team looking at process control and procedures and becoming involved with the investigation of non-conformances.
You will need to come from a precision machining background, aerospace or automotive would be beneficial. We are looking for experience with quality standards, AS9100, TS16949 or ISO9001 are preferred.

The role
– Precision machining experience

– CMM experience (desirable)
– Experience with quality standards (desirable)
