Project Manager: Civils Telecoms

Our client is one of the UK’s leading Utility Main Contractors. Due to an increase in workload they currently have an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager to oversee Telecom Civils Infrastructure Projects.

Key Essentials:

* As Project Manager your role will involve liaising with the client on a regular basis ensuring that Telecom Civils Infrastructure projects (excavation, cabling and splicing) are completed within timescales and budget

* You will be required to collate information using Microsoft Excel and compile weekly reports showing progress; highlighting any areas of concern

* The role will involve working closely with Operational Supervisors and Teams; acting as an interface with the client

* You will be required to regularly carry out audits; ensuring that work practices comply with Health and Safety legislations

* You must be driven by achieving results and targets and be customer focused with a keen detail to client reporting

Requirements:

* As Project Manager you should have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working on Telecoms Civils Projects (excavation, cabling and splicing) for a Main Contractor

* You should be confident and competent in your report writing skills and be able to collate information

* It is essential that you are presented well with excellent communication skills as the role will involve working closely with the client

* You should be fully proficient in Microsoft Office packages with a particular strength in Excel

* Due to the nature of the role you must be flexible to travel throughout the UK

* This is an excellent position that offers a salary of between £54,000and £50k + package
