Residential Home Manager Learning Disabilities

A brilliant opportunity has arisen with a highly reputable client of mine. My client, an established market leading care provider in the learning disability sector are looking to recruit a dedicated residential home manager into one of their services in the Shepton Mallett area, Somerset.
They are paying up to £33,600 p/a dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities:

– Managing all aspects of running the home including supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, finances and management of medication.
– Ensuring adherence to all CQC fundamental standards.
– Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 2 years` experience in managing a registered service for adults with learning disabilities.
* Have a solid knowledge and understanding of current CQC outcomes.
* Be an excellent communicator and have sound people management skills
