This successful Day Nursery in Finchley, London provides a secure and caring environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years to learn and grow.

They are now looking to recruit an experienced Nursery room leader to lead their fantastic team. The right candidate will have a strong knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS as well as Ofsted requirements and come strong communication skills, passion and enthusiasm for working with children and families.

Nursery room leader candidate will have:

•  NVQ Level 3 or Higher
•  Clear DBS (Disclosure Barring Service)
•  A warm, caring, and patient nature
•  The ability to work with young children and their families in a sensitive and positive way
•  Creative ideas for activities
•  An interest in child development
•  An awareness of child safety issues
•  The ability to lead the team

Nursery room leader

In exchange, the nursery offers a very competitive salary package up to £34,800 subject to qualifications and experience.

Nursery room leader can work 40 hours over 5 days or 41 over 4.5 days depending on preference.
