Nursery Room Leader

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are currently looking for a Nursery room leader in the baby & preschool room based in Anerley – South East London area.

This role is offering up to £26,000 per year & you will be expected to work 40 hours a week, four longer days and one-half day per week finishing at 1pm

We are looking for:

* At least 2 years’ experience working as a nursery room leader

* Confident in EYFS knowledge, planning and observations

* Level 3 or above Early Years Education and Childcare qualification

* Able to lead and manage professional childcare teams, to deliver high standards and results

* Knowledge of Record Keeping and Key Worker Systems

* A rigorous understanding of the EYFS and the ability to fully implement all of it requirements

* A clear understanding of Ofsted’s requirements and current legislation

* Understanding of financial budgeting

* Adaptable – able to work hands on and in an office setting

* Ability to write clear reports and communicate clearly in spoken and written form
