Project Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year

Connect Grp UK are looking for an experienced Supervisor / Project Manager for one of our highly rated clients in West Sussex.

Each day different duties will be required for you to complete, from managing the job, ordering materials and pricing new jobs up.

A standard day would see you on site or visiting multiple projects in the mornings to ensure everything is running smoothly and deadlines are being met. The afternoons will see you office based, where you will be planning days and ensuring all materials have been ordered for your projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day operations of the site.
• Producing RAMS and other health and safety documentation.
• Organising labour, plant, and materials.
• Producing / managing programmes of work.
• Ensuring the delivery of the project to our high standards and on time.
• Producing end of month applications and final accounts.
• Estimating (Any experience or understanding and willing to try)

Our client’s office is based in Horsham. They work for multiple clients across the South East including: local authorities, main contractors, schools/academies, management agents, and private households. 

Successful candidates will require:

• Formal ID (Rights to work in the UK)
• experience in highways or civils
• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Street works ticket
• First Aid

Salary range is £42,000 – £60,000depending on experience.

Also, for successful candidates being put forward for the role there will also be a standard interview process.
