Registered Manager

Salary: £32,400 – £38,400 per year

I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, independent, domiciliary company, who are looking for a Registered Manager for their new branch based in Halifax.

The Company:

Deliver bespoke homecare in the area
They are independent company providing both private and local council homecare and live-in care
Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
Delivering the best care always comes first 

The role:

Growth and recruitment
Setting up and focusing on building client base and recruitment of staff
Grow hours of care using different techniques
Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC 

Required competencies:

Previous care management experience – essential, whether Deputy or Care Manager
Recruitment of staff in a care setting
Good knowledge of CQC regulations
Knowledge of West Yorkshire area – desirable 

You MUST have worked within a care setting.
