Management Accountant

Salary: £42,000 – £50,400 per year

Anderson Knight is working with a client based in the Stirling area to recruit a Management Accountant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a key role within the team that supports the operations team with insightful reports, analysis and challenge when required. The role requires an individual with great attention to detail that will keep drilling until we fully understanding performance is clear.

The main responsibilities the Management Accountant position entails are:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts

* Work with factory team and Stock Controller to improve stock control

* Support operations team with analysis and reports

* Assist with period end and year end accounts

* Various ad-hoc duties as required

In order to be considered for the role you must possess the following:

An accountancy qualification (CIMA/CA/ACCA). QBE will also be considered

Strong communication skills

The ability to solve complex problems

An outgoing personality

A driven/motivated individual

Excellent excel skills
