Due to rapid growth, we are currently looking for a Lead Generation – Team Leader to assist with anything from training new Lead Generation team members to liaising with clients, while overachieving on KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be confident with sales outreach such as Cold-calling and LinkedIn. Have a can-do attitude, enthusiastic and great executive presence.

Lead Generation Team leader: Job Description

As a Team Leader at European Gateway, you will be responsible for a team of Sales Associates and Business Development Representatives get quality sales meetings, along with the quantity and overachieve on sales KPIs:

* Booking sales meetings (Discovery Calls) for the client through cold-calling and LinkedIn outreach.

* Organising the efforts of the Lead Generation team

* Updating the EG Sales Playbook per client along with the CRM.

* Training New Lead generation team members
