Welder

Salary: £26,000 per year

Contek are proud to be representing their client, a precision engineering company in their search for a Welder to work in their facility based in Leicester.

My client manufacture parts in a production environment for various sectors including Heavy Plant, Automotive, Leisure, Medical and Rail.

We are currently looking to recruit an experience Mig & Tig Welder.

This is a Night shift position Mon-Fri: 10:00pm-6:00am

Candidates must be able to read and fabricate from engineering drawings.

* To be experienced in Mig and Tig welding of Mild steel, Stainless Steel, or Aluminium.

* Excellent quality of work and attention to detail

* Take pride in their workplace and equipment, maintaining to high standard

* Work as a team to generate improvements in process

* Manage workload to achieve high throughputs

* Capability of working between areas

* Self-disciplined and motivated
