Quality Manager

Salary: £54 per hour

JOB TITLE: Quality Manager

COMMUTABLE FROM: Hull, Barton Upon Humber, Beverley, Brough, Driffield, Bridlington, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Howden, Goole, Doncaster

Shift Pattern: Panama no weekend nights

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

* £45 000 – 50 000

COMPANY INFORMATION: our client is a Leading Manufacturer in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

* Degree qualified or similar qualification in relevant science or technology subject

* Lean Six Sigma qualification (or Working Towards would be advantageous)

* Experience working with Food Safety Systems (BRC), ISO, HACCP

* Excellent attention to detail

* Ability to coach and lead teams of people

* Excellent work ethic

ROLE INFORMATION: Our Client are currently looking to recruit for an experience Quality Manager to join their business. Ideally the successful candidate will already be a proven Quality Manager who is looking to further their career.

Duties will include the following;

* Lead, support and manage the Quality function within the business

* Driving quality levels and continuous improvement through application of structured quality improvement and measurement tools

* To improve the performance standards on all products year on year in line with the continuous improvement programme throughout the business.

* Strategically manage and develop the staff and department to ensure continuous people development.

* Ensure that traceability is maintained across all functions.

* Facilitate RCA of customer complaints to ensure effective and sustainable corrective action plans.
