Lettings Negotiator (Apprenticeship Available) 

Job Details: 

A fantastic opportunity to join our well-established letting agency based in Hornchurch, you will be an integral part of the lettings team.

The main purpose of the role is developing the business whilst maintaining the already established lettings portfolio. 

Salary: £26,000per year(Depending on experience) 

Full time including Monday – Saturdays (day off in the week) 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Registering applicants
• Booking viewings & attending property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy terms
• Referencing applicants
• Preparing contracts and tenancy documentation 

Requirements: 

• Good computer skills 
• Good communication skills 
• Team player 
• Good time management 
• Lettings experience desirable but not essential 

You must have a driving license and use of own car
