Salary: £26,000 – £27,600per year

The Role

•As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring achieved and excided KPI’s and driving the business forward in the local area

•You will improve the commercial performance of the store through effective management and leadership of the team.

•As a Store Manager you will promote the companies best practice by delivering outstanding customer service.

•You will undertake regular replenishment of stoke and maintain a creative presentation of merchandise.

•You will be utilising specialist product knowledge effectively and appropriately to meet individual and store sales targets

•As Store Manager you will be monitoring individual sales targets, whilst ensuring the training and development of staff

•Attending and contributing to team monthly review meetings and initiating changes to improve the profitability of the store

To be suitable for the role of Store Manager you must have the following:

•Store Management Experience with commercial ability to work in a target driven environment

•Passionate about lifestyle brands and products being sold in the store

•Flexible with working hours – weekends and week days, late nights where permitted.
