Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year

Anderson Knight are recruiting a Senior Onboarding Administrator to support our client in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis, typically working 37.5 hours Monday – Friday, with some flexibility required. The Senior Onboarding Administrator will allocate and coordinate the daily activities of the OB Administration team in line with department Service Level Agreements, as well as provide the first escalation point for managerial queries in relation to recruitment and on-boarding processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the OB inbox, prioritising and allocating OB tasks on a daily basis in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

* Consistently and confidently building rapport with wider stakeholders along with the OB admin team

* First point of contact for escalated OB queries

* Ensure the Recruitment Systems/trackers are updated with accurate information and feedback insights and trends with OB manager as well as wider stakeholders

* Assisting the hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and identify opportunities to attract candidates through social media whilst keeping track of all difficult to fill roles.

* Proactively manage difficult vacancies to satisfactory closure point.

* Engage with Agency partners and external partners to ensure good client relations are maintained and all records and information is accurate and well maintained

* Carry out reasonable ad hoc administrative functions/tasks in relation to OB activities

* Analysing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.

Required Skills and Abilities

* A degree in HR, business, psychology or another related field or have equivalent in work experience

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Committed to providing excellent service

* Have excellent time management skills while being able to effectively plan, organise & prioritise

* Ability to work well under pressure and meet established goals and objectives

* Ability to creatively solve problems and recognise opportunities to change for the better

* The ability to negotiate when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
