Official Injury Claims Handler

Salary: £28,800 per year

Their RTA Team need a new Official Injury Claims Handler.

You will have your legal degree or CiLEX and some RTA Claim handling experience.

You will be joining a highly focused customer service legal team that handle RTA Claims from inception to conclusion ensuring the highest levels of customer care.

Your day to day role will be:

Handling queries from Clients by phone and email

Reviewing Insurers responses and progressing the files accordingly

Actioning DNAs received from the medical agencies

Reviewing medical reports

Considering and drafting special damages

Making and reviewing offers of settlement

Making outbound calls to clients claims from a large insurers where required

Please note main working hours are 9am to 5.30pm but over an 8 week period you will do 4 early shifts of 8am to 4.30pm, and 4 late shifts of 11.30am to 8pm.
