MediLink Consulting are looking to recruit a clinical Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care to patients in an NHS Hospital based in the West Midlands.
Hourly Rate: up to £31.2per hour

Job Title: Locum Pharmacist
Hours: 0900 – 1730
Duties:
Provide clinical pharmacy services to the wards and provide high quality care across a variety of specialties i.e. admissions, elderly care, general medicines, general surgery etc.
Other duties will include attendance on daily consultant ward rounds, medicines reconciliation, POD checking on wards, screening of drug charts, screening and checking Out-Patient and TTO prescriptions
Job Requirements:
We require an experienced, well-motivated GPhC registered Pharmacist with excellent clinical skills to work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver a patient focused clinical pharmacy service to the wards and the promotion of the cost effective use of medicines in the Trust.
Previous ward based experience within an NHS Hospital is essential
