A highly successful and forward thinking Public Relations Agency is currently seeking an exceptional Account Director to support the existing Ethical Healthcare team, a salary of £57,600 – £66,000is on offer, with some flexibility. The Role:
The successful Account Director will join the team, mentoring and coaching junior members and generating confidence with the senior members of the business to relieve their day to day input on the account. You will bring….
• Strategic thinking – add value to the existing/new programmes and drive organic growth
• Work with multiple client contacts in one business and manage multiple ongoing projects
• Budget management – experience with programmes above £300k fee/year
• Mentor junior members of the team and delegate tasks successfully within the team.

The successful Account Director will be lead the team with confidence, generate confident with senior management and gain the trust of both the client and team. You will demonstrate a good work/life balance and ensure this is echoed throughout the account team.
• Demonstrated experience in ethical healthcare public relations/medical education within an agency environment or client side
• International experience ideally
• Academic science background
• Know how to add value to account teams and wider life at the consultancy
