Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator

Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator required to join a leading property services organisation based in London.

As the Health, Safety and Wellbeing you will report directly into the Head of Health and Safety where you will Promoting Health and Safety Wellbeing throughout the organisation, carrying out work place assessments, Assist staff with the development of COSHH risk assessments, locate MSD sheets; draft COSHH RA’s and provide advice on substitution of products and control measures. You will also be responsible for analysing the data, looking for particular trends and patterns. You will manage a number of in-house databases, ensuring they are maintained efficiently. This a fantastic opportunity for any candidate with a post graduate degree looking to go in to a Health and Safety environment as they are willing to pay for all qualifications, looking to take the chosen candidate up to Grad IOSH in the first 6 months. As well as this all training is done internally.

To be considered for the role of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Officer you will:

* Have demonstrable experience in managing high volumes of data.
* Strong ability to analysis data, highlighting patterns and trends to the senior leadership team.
* Experienced in managing databases and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
* Have demonstrable experience with Microsoft Excel, able to build basic excel formulas into spreadsheets.
* No specific health and safety qualifications are required but an IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH Certificate would be an advantage.
* Have a post graduate degree (relevance to property is highly desirable)

This role for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing is paying up to £30,000 plus 25 days annual leave, 0% travel loan and an attractive pension scheme.
