About the role
Are you a senior Pensions Administrator seeking a new challenge, due to ongoing growth Capita employee benefits are seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to the join the team in Sheffield.
Focusing on Project work, you will possess strong experience in Defined Benefits and Defined Contributions (DB and DC).
You will be given the opportunity to provide leadership and bring experience to a team of pensions administrators, to ensure work is completed in line with service level agreements and to provide a continually improving level of customer service in terms of quality, cost and time.
You may be an experienced Pensions Administrator considering the next step in your career or a Senior Administrator looking for a new challenge!

What you will do:
* Have in-depth pension knowledge to cover both DB and DC schemes
* Demonstrate an ability to use pension support and workflow management systems effectively.
* Understand client requirements and make every effort to ensure the contracted performance targets and quality standards are met.
* To create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records using the appropriate systems.
* To be responsible for checking calculations and processes as required and completing all tasks using best practice.
* Mentoring subordinates and identifying training needs to ensure staff achieve their full potential.
* Identify complaints at the earliest opportunity with a positive attitude, addressing the true root cause and implementing effective corrective action in order to prevent re-occurrence.
