Receptionist

Two receptionists needed for a Four Star 2AA Rosette hotel in Southend, a beautiful seaside retreat with 59 rooms including 3 luxurious suites, and 18 executive rooms.

Do you have hotel reception experience? Experience of the Opera booking system is a massive advantage.

• Permanent full time position 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 including weekends (One weekend off per month)
• Rota hours 07.00-15.00, 11.00-19.00 and 15.00-23.00
• Tips after one month’s service between £26,000 per year

Essential criteria:
• Well presented, with a smart appearance
• Customer focused
• Confident with an excellent telephone manner
• Opera booking system experience
• Able to deal with customer demands and expectations
• Hotel receptionist experience
