Education recruitment Area Manager

This position is for an Education Recruitment Regional Manager to oversee three geographical areas, the Midlands, North West and Yorkshire.

You will be expected to manage both offices to target, ensuring that consultants and branch managers meet their KPIs and ultimately financial targets.

You will be reporting directly into the Managing Director, giving up to date performance, moral, and general health within each branch.

You will also in conjunction with the MD assist in strategic business planning to grow and develop each office, and ultimately the region.

You may also be expected to manage a portfolio of key clients, providing top quality service and maximising business potential and business develop or assist on major client visits, bid tenders or PLS negotiating.

We are looking for a driven and versatile person with management experience within Education Recruitment, a person who works well in a team, but is also able to self-motivate.

You would be working as part of a fun, friendly and supportive company and it is essential that you are the right person to continue this well balanced atmosphere.

Due to the nature of this position you must be able to drive, and be flexible on your working hours to accommodate varying demands in the sector.

You will act as the conduit link between the London head office and the regional branches in the North, further progression to Senior Regional manager can be obtained upon successfully hitting targets for the North West and Yorkshire, this would then extend your region to the Midlands.

You will be working for an established, independent Teacher Recruitment agency, one of only a hand full that shy away from creating a pressurized KPI’s obsessed working environment.

This would be an ideal move for either a current branch manager looking for the next step up or a current Regional Manager that has a “ceiling” and cannot progress any further.
