We are looking for an Enrolment Advisor whose role is to manage the process of enrolling an apprentice onto their programme from start to finish and to ensure documentation from Employers and Apprentices is ESFA funding compliant and received in a timely fashion meeting internal KPI’s. The Apprenticeship Enrolment department is a fast-paced environment whose aim is to deliver first class customer service to our clients while delivering exceptional advice and guidance to apprentices and their in-work mentors if needed. This role reports to the Enrolment and Recruitment Manager
Key responsibilities for the enrolment adviser
Arrange for Apprentices and their In-Work mentors to attend online briefings • Conduct Apprentice Enrolment online briefings • Conduct In-Work Mentor online briefings • Produce digital enrolment forms for Apprentices and Employers to complete • Check the Apprentices eligibility for funding • Check that the Apprentices job role aligns to the selected Apprenticeship standard and offer advice and guidance if there is a mismatch • Set deadlines for apprentices and mentors to complete paperwork and follow up if necessary
Regardless of where you’re based, you will have all the tools you need to carry out your role. You’ll also have a ‘buddy’ to help you settle in and answer any questions before you join and during your first few weeks. Day to day communication between the teams and regions is easy… as well as regular face to face contact and meetings, you’ll also get to ‘see’ colleagues through regular Skype calls and ‘hear’ what everyone has to say across the various Yammer groups.
