Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Account Executive – Tech Start up

A Tech Start-up specialising in Recruitment software and backed by the powers of Salesforce are looking for a new account executive and customer success manager to help grow and maintain relationships throughout the recruitment industry.

Founded at the beginning of COVID-19, the business have shown true grit a determination to not only keep the business going but to also add headcount and grow, something they are looking to continually do, starting with this position.

With the backing and integration of Salesforce this is the perfect time to join a company looking to disrupt and take over the CRM world within the Rec industry.

The software itself is one of the easiest to use and takes away of the un-needed pieces and simplifies it into a customizable user interface without compromising on the important parts with a full time developer support network on hand to add, remove or simply guide the users when needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Convert warm leads into accounts, starting at accounts with 1-10 users
• Maintain and develop relationships
• Support and assist with accounts with technical issues, passing over to the support team if needed
• Represent the at select events
• Build the knowledge and network to work on larger accounts up to potentially 1000 users
• Market research for trends and evaluate what competitors are doing to stay on top
